Hey guys! I have had this Spiritus sancti for a year now, and it started to get some weird splotches and spots on a few of its leaves. It’s under a grow light, and I water it every 9ish days. Is it a watering issue, a light issue or something else? Thanks for the help!
Could be an issue with your tap water. Try using filtered water or a water conditioner to see if that helps.

looks like a fungal issue. i would try some houseplant fungicide☺️

Definitely minerals in your water, get some distilled water and try that for a while or even another filter for the faucet you use to get the water from
