Nutrient deficiency imo. Nitrogen maybe?

With fertilizers

I’ve been fertilizing every month with the tiny bead fertilizers, should I switch to the sticks or liquid

I’m not familiar with beads every month. Liquid is faster. You might want to get something with both macro and micro nutrients just in case.

Any suggestions?

1 likeMine has been doing g the same thing, and it stays that way even when the leaves get older. I've been fertilizing with a liquid fertilizer ever two weeks but I've just been using the miracle gro all purpose stuff and diluting to the recommended strength for indoor plants. I really don't know if it has everything my plants need or not
