This little guy suddenly started developing these patches and started dropping leaves - is this a fungus or pest of some sort or is it stroppy because it doesn’t like where it is placed?

    U can’t really tell if you find out the issue.Firstly-Inspect the plants for pests.Secondly-Adjust the watering schedule.Lastly-Remove affected leaves so it doesn’t infect the other leaves.
