Is it just on one leaf?

This looks more fungal to me, but you should chop off the affected leaf(ves) and spray the rest with something like neem oil or a fungicide suitable for tropical/indoor plants. Check your other plants for similar symptoms as well, especially if they’re nearby this one.

Could be rust fungus? You can treat with fungicide but the best thing to do is just get rid of that leaf now before it gets too bad - it will spread from leaf to leaf. I had my monstera outside last summer and rust fungus absolutely ruined it, I lost 80% of the leaves

Fungal rust can quickly spread. Fortunately, it only affects my oxalis. It dies back quickly. But, the leaves don’t recover. Use a commercial fungicide. I minimize fungicide use because my plants are outside and I try to reduce the chemicals I spray to impact less on the critters that keep my plants healthy. I would drench everything if my plants are inside.
