Guys how do I tell if this is an actual spider or spider mites? I had her quarantining in my guest bathroom because I was trying to get rid of her fungus gnats and I went into put her back in her spot under a grow light and I notified this tiny web.

0 J'aime Okay I gave her a thorough wash in the shower, repotted in a different pot with a very shallow amount of soil, and doused her in hydrogen peroxide and neem oil. Do you think I am okay?

It could be a common spider which are beneficial. There should be lots of mites in the web moving around if it’s spider mites.
3 J'aime Okay, that makes me feel better. I previously had her on my kitchen counter and saw nothing like this so I was wondering if it could’ve been a smaller house spider because I’ve seen some recently in my house and had her on top of a cabinet while I was quarantining her. I went ahead and repotted with a shallow amount of soil, gave her a nice shower, and then doused her in neem oil and hydrogen peroxide afterwards.
