      No way! What do I do? Can I cut it off and re plant it?

      Not sure about when the best time to chop it or where to chop it, but the cutting I was given has grown great roots sitting in some brita filtered water (inside of a NON clear pot) on an east facing window sill.

      You can definitely replant it! Or you can leave it on there, my spider plant has had many babies, I have replanted them and they are also having babies 😆 so now I have too many spider plant babies to know what to do with, they are just staying on the mother plant for now
