I bought this “Polka dot” plant and I’m not sure why it’s dying. I had inside and she didn’t like the move so I put her outside after a week. Not sure why she’s not thriving. Anyone?

She's a tricky one, this polka dot plant. Mine’s been on the brink of death a few times in the past — but it's taught me a lot. She likes lukewarm water… but not too much. Where most of my other houseplants prefer to go dry between waterings, I closely watch this one and water her first as soon as I noticed that she’s dry. She's like bright indirect sunlight and no wind. Beware of drafts as well. Mines doing well near another plant’s grow lights. I mist mine 2x weekly since I live in a dry climate and she seems to respond well. She also likes to be fertilized often. Good luck!

It’s looking a little leggy so I’m wondering if it’s not getting enough light. They like bright indirect light. The soil is looking a little damp so it might be overwatered as well
