How do we get these leaves/stems to not go over the side of the pot? Should we repot it? Does it need more soil?

    looks like it needs to be staked. you can use a trellis or pole to support and wrap with plant velcro. might be tough with the stems curled. may have to slowly support unless they are malleable.

    Does the pot have drainage?

    Yeah you may not get the results you’re looking for unless you section it up, root it, and repot vertically with stakes. It’s growing upside downside at this point
