    Looks like powder if so spray plant with hydrogen peroxide mixed with water, then relocate plant where it’s getting better air flow. Do you have this same substance on your soil?

      Looking at it closer, there is mold on top of the soil. Should I change the soil?

    Looks like fungus/powdery mildew. Use a commercial fungicide. No need to change the soil. Let the soil dry more between waterings. Ensure there is good air flow around the plants. Avoid misting. It can help fungal spores grow in the water droplets. 🪴🍀

      Neem oil do the trick? Been working on all my plants with this

      Neem oil is supposed to have fungicides. I’m not sure what strength.
