I feel like my autograph tree is dying a bit and I have no idea why. Does anyone have any clue why it’s looking so sad and it is starting to get brown spots on its lower leaves?

it may be time to repot. check the roots to see if they're coming out of the bottom of the pot. if so, time for a size up. if not, you might be underwatering it, or it could be receiving too much light
0 Likesno, doesn't seem like it. how often do you water? it looks like you have powder mildew growing in there. not harmful to your plant, but usually a sign of overwatering.
1 LikeI water about once a week when the soil gets almost completely dry (1-2 on a moister meter)
0 LikesSince you repotted it a month ago then you don't need to do it again until the next year or 2

0 LikesDo you use any pest sprays? And it seems pretty green and vibrant to me tbh. Do you fertilize it? And maybe it’s time to prune and try to propagate it for baby plants possibly it seems pretty full in growth. And most time pruning some back inspire new growth. It does seem that you take great care of the plant.😊🙏🏽
0 LikesI haven’t fertilized her because apparently I shouldn’t start until a few months after I repot. I honk I will this upcoming month tho. I use neem oil mixed into the water I mist with to try to keep away any gnats. When I also see a few gnats I use a bit of mosquito bites.
1 LikeSplendid that’s exactly how it’s done. So seeing your plant looks amazing you are doing great. And try to prune and propagate before you fertilize. I’m sure once you do that it’ll most likely have a new leaf in no time I’m sure but your plant looks great and you are doing great.😊❤️🙏🏽
