Try putting stakes to support the stems. Thats what i had to do and in an east facing window with morning sun (when there's sun, since its still winter here)
1 me gustaThey mostly droop from too much/too little water, and low light. Healthy syngoniums don’t need staking unless you want the vines to grow on a pole. Yours look overwatered from the edges and the droop. Pale fading colors can also indicate low light/low fertilizer. I would only water when the soil is completely dry. It’s better to underwater than over water a syngonium. It has a better chance of reviving from dryness than from root rot. I recommend using well draining soil. I have 12 varieties of these plants. Most are in potting soil with 1/3 perlite. Definitely, give it lots of morning light or south facing light with sheer curtains as a filter and the plant within 1 foot of the window. A grow light running 12hrs works well. I fertilize twice a month in warmer months with 50% diluted fertilizer.

1 me gustaI’ll give you my routine. There are three varieties of Syngoniums on that shelf and they all get the same treatment. Water when dry, grow lights on about 14 hours a day, humidifier on shelf, plus in warm, sometimes humid bathroom. Soil is airy with added perlite, orchid bark, charcoal, and some very small rock (from a succulent soil).
