   NOT MOLD! its like a sunscreen its just fine to have and it doeant bother anything... just leave it

   This is powdery mildew. It’s a common problem with echeverias in low light. Disagree on farina.

     A good way to differentiate is farina when wet will turn green. Powdery mildew grows with bumpy texture and in circle patches.
