    Spider mites, use dish soap and hydrogen peroxide. They live in the soil as well

    That's a pretty bad spider mite infestation. Use the above suggestion or another (there are many ways to take care of them) but keep in mind you may lose these leaves anyway with how bad that is. I use beneficial bugs to keep these guys in check in my collection! (If in the US, Google the company "Nature's Good Guys" for more info! I'm not an affiliate, just a loyal customer 😊)

    I would thoroughly hose down the plant in the shower/sink, wipe clean the entire plant, spray with a water/rubbing alcohol mix 2x a week for a few weeks until you don’t see any bugs. Check other plants around it.
