Make sure you always quarantine new plants you don’t want your other plants to get sick

Spray with neem (people tell me neem doesn’t work) but I like cinnamon for the soil Ik that works.

mites? the picture is too blurry to tell for sure. i would hose the plant off outdoors if it’s warm or in the sink/shower if it’s cold (under 55°F) where you are. then spray thoroughly with soapy water or dunk in a bucket. i use castile soap because it’s concentrated and highly effective but very gentle when diluted properly since it’s a very pure soap. you can also use an isopropyl alcohol dilution to kill spider mites but i’ve found it less effective.

whatever treatment you choose keep repeating it until all the bugs are gone. i’ve had success eradicating spider mites by spraying affected plants every day or every other day with a spray that’s a few drops of soap per cup of water.

Looks like thrips! Thrips spreads fast. Isolate the plant. Use gloves. Disinfectant hands and tools after handling it. The solutions plant father suggested works for thrips too. Repeat once week for about 3 weeks until they are completely gone. Carefully check the other plants. 🍀🪴

You could try a systemic from Bonide. It takes a while to get thru the plant but it looks like you have a long haul ahead of you. Maybe consider tossing the plant and not risk your other plants.
