What is this and how do I get rid of it? I’ve been looking at common house plant pest guides and I haven’t found anything that matches. They kinda freak me out I’m not going to lie. This is a plant at my work and is completely isolated.

    Not sure about the darker bug but the white is definitely mealy bugs my love!! I’d try a good mix of rubbing alcohol, peppermint Castile soap, and water! There’s a lady on Tik tok who does one called sexy plant juice and I’ve found it kills almost everything! Best of luck!!

    It looks like a Koopa Troopa has made its home on your plant. The fire flower is good at taking care of those. In all seriousness it looks like scale, especially some sort of wax scale. If it were my plant I would use Systemic Pest Control; scale can be tough to kill and Systemic has been proven effective. Any brand as long as it has Imidacloprid, I use Hi-Yield but Bonide is good too.
