How much light is it getting and how frequently do you change the water? I don’t have much experience with pothos but if it’s any consolation it took me two months to get roots out of English ivy or monstera deliciosa cuttings.

Don’t change the water as often, probably is shocking it, just top it off when it gets low. Also, two weeks is pretty short for a cutting to sprout roots, give it time, took mine three months to grow enough roots to pot up

Some plants grow slowly. I use Prop Drops or another type of rooting product to encourage root growth. And i use DI water in my water prop station. But even then I'll have some plants take up to a month or so to get long enough roots to plant.

You want to put the node in the water. That's how the roots grow sweets.
