I just bought this lemon tree a couple days ago and repotted it last night- it’s on my patio where it can get full sun. I noticed it looks a little droopy today- do you think it’s just because I repotted it? It was a hot day and is going to be a hot week. I misted it last night and just watered it but want advice on how to make less droopy. Thanks!

Is the drainage ok for the pot?? Lemon tree needs water but it must have good drainage, if not it can get root rot… touch the soil if it’s dry it needs water, if it’s already moist, and it’s drooping like that, then that means it doesn’t have adequate drainage…

It’s probably transplant shock but did you check the pH of the soil first? Lemon trees need a pH of 5.5-6.5 to thrive.
