Diagnosis Help: I'm not sure what is ailing my plant. Planta just says over or underwatering, but I'm not sure that's it. It looks kind of like a pest, but I don't see anything. The plant has also grown like gang busters, so I'm curious if it's related to overcrowding. Appreciate any expertise. Thanks

Following. I think mine died because of root rot. Going to try again!

I say trim her back and get new soil. If you can do a rinse of the leaves incase there are bugs.

Looks like a watering issue if no pests are found. The leaves turn brown and pliable if there is too much water. The leaves quickly turn brown and crispy when water is insufficient. You can have both symptoms with inconsistent watering. Let the soil dry between watering. Insufficient lighting (too low intensity or too low number of exposure hours) can cause leaf browning and leaf drop especially in winter when days shorten and sun angles change. You may need a grow light in winter running 12-14 hours a day and within 1 feet or 2 feet from the plant. 🍀🪴
