Is this transparent part normal? It did go back to normal when I put it farther from the light.. also I know it’s an Arrowhead but are variegated suppose to turn lime green?

nice half-moon leaf! by “transparent”, are you referring to the light yellow half moon variegation? if so, yes, it looks normal. a lot of albo variegation in plants starts off like a light butter yellow color & when the leaf matures it turns more white.
0 Mi piaceYea I was shocked when I saw it, although it’s been 2-3 weeks now and i don’t think it’ll change color anymore😅 but I was wondering if that variegation is healthy because small parts of it turns transparent and then going backs to color(the small clear parts)
0 Mi piaceThe translucent sections of the leaves are likely edema, too much water in the cells. Let the soil dry out more before watering. Give the plant more light to help the photosynthesis process use up more water. The yellow green sections of leaves are normal. My syngonium albo plants put out lots of lighter colors in various tints.
