How does the top inch of the dirt feel? Do you have good water drainage/multiple holes at the bottom? Maybe taking it out to inspect the roots to make sure there’s no brown roots/rot and make sure you dirt mix is well draining (coco coir, perlite etc) In winter a typical peperomia may need a few more days in between watering so you can snooze it in the app if the dirt is moist at top and the app will readjust your schedule as well! Hope that helps :)

Pepperomia can be like that. I think their roots are really fine and that makes them throw fits if improperly watered. When I was on my learning curve answer did this I let the plant dry out and put it somewhere I’d notice it a lot. I noticed it got thirsty every 7 or so days, so I got really diligent about checking it. It has been on the brink A FEW TIMES, but never died on me!

First, I would suggest check the roots. If they are good, get rid of the wet soil from the pot and around the roots, be gentle. Repot with fresh dry soil. Amend the soil with a lot of grit-perlite, pumice, gravel, etc. Peperomias are semi succulents. Only water when soil is dry or almost dry thru entire pot. They do well in shallow terracotta pots. And lots of bright light, even morning sun. This is from my experiences.
