    Aphids. They seem to be everywhere this season.

      There all only have 2 or 3 true leaves should I try soapy water first?

      Yup. Fill up the sink with soapy water and dunk em. Use tin foil or plastic wrap to keep the soil from falling out

    Or you can spray the foliage with a firm stream of water and spray with either organic or other pesticide.

    Neem oil is a good option, I’ve been hitting some of my plants about once a week until the aphids are under control, then you can drop back to once every 2-3 weeks for maintenance if you want. Gotta make direct contact with the bugs to be most effective versus just a broad spray. If you’re spraying edibles like lettuce check the bottle for how long to wait before harvesting, it’s sometimes just a day or so but I usually give it a good week since last spray before harvesting and then wash well.
