My spotted begonia has a leaf starting to do this… a keg before this had done this and I thought it was just getting old but it’s withered and then popped itself off. However now this one has started to dark and crumble. The other leaves are in perfect t condition. Please help 🥲 I make sure she is watered and has humidity. My monstera next to it is thriving..

0 J'aimeIt’s about five feet front my back door, as well as a grow light for 12 hours, which sits about 8 ish inches away. I thought previously maybe the grow light was too close (it was about 4 inches away) and it was burning the previous leave.. but when I moved the grow light away to the 8 inches , this current leaf wasn’t damaged at all but now it’s doing the same thing
0 J'aime honestly i’d say too much light and sunburn. see if lessening the light rules it out. my prayer plants do this when they have too much light and they like it way further than 8 inches. some plants do depending on how bright and what types is light is is. i had to learn with them. try it out and see!!!

Yeah I’d err on a little less light. My imaculata is thriving in bright but indirect light.
