99% sure my snake plant has fungus gnats, and when I bought it last friday (4/11) it hasnt dried up since then. Should I just repot it at this point?

I would just get rid of that soil it’s probably got fungus eggs in it by now

Yep, you can get rid of the soil and also water less. Fungus gnats are harmless, they’re just annoying. You could also water with nematodes which will kill the eggs and larva.

I’ve heard those aren’t as effective as nematodes. Watch Sheffield Made Plants on YouTube, he talks about it in great detail there.

Nematodes are more effective bc they don’t die until there’s nothing left to eat.

Definitely. Same situation with my monstera plant and when I re potted it the roots were also completely rootbound. Definitely put it in a new mix with enough bark for the soil to dry better When I re potted mine, the fungus gnats didn't go away entirely because it had already gotten to my other plants, but you can also put nematodes or mosquito bits like the other comments recommend after re potting! :)

I’ve heard that watering with hydrogen peroxide solution (very diluted) is also effective. I’d recommend looking into it!
