I would give her more light if you can. All the leaves are reaching out in the same direction and the distance between nodes at the top of the plant seems quite long meaning it is etiolated (looking for more light).

i don't recommend repotting. it will shock the plant and cause more problems. your plant doesn't look root bound. it may be lack of light or poor nutrients

You have a few issues going on. It’s often difficult to diagnose without more info. So judging from your pictures. Your plant is not doing well so I would repot into appropriate succulent/cactus soil. Recipes available online to make your own or buy a high quality soil, but not miracle grow. It’s not good quality bu itself. I suggest different soil because yours looks too peat heavy and dense. So remove as much as you can. Also looks like your plant needs more light. Jades even enjoy morning sun. With bright light the edges of the leaves will tinge burgundy. And as an option, you may want to consider trimming the plant way back. As in remove all the stems with leaves. Check out YouTube for better descriptions. That way you can manipulate the shape to something you prefer. Pic is my plant that I severely trimmed back. And take a look at the soil that my jade is in. It’s very gritty.
