   It looks like overwatering to me - leaves are droopy and yellowing. You want them to be alert, green and firm but not puckered.

   are you concerned specifically about the pale leaves? i have a couple of those on mine, i think they’re just leaves that are old and dying

     that’s my assumption anyways. i’ve only had one or two show up, but they seem to start getting brown within a week or two of showing up. 99% of my leaves are totally fine so i don’t think it’s a pest/overwatering issue
