Does my plant look okay? Some of the old leaves don’t look as bright as the new ones. Also does anyone know if I need to add anything to the soil other than water?

Those greyish circular spots could be from misting the leaves with tap water. When the water evaporates, it leaves behind minerals (calcium and magnesium) which can easily be wiped off with a damp cloth. And yes, cleaning your plant is great for plant health! Collected dust on leaves can block the sun's rays from hitting the leaf directly and decrease photosynthesis. Never heard of killing a plant because it's too dusty, but it sure can stunt plant growth. Beautiful branching, btw! :)
