Hello! If anyone could help me diagnose my Thai con monstera! The older smaller leaves have started to turn yellow and form these small black spots on the leaves. I’m currently watering every 2-3 weeks when the soil runs dry and I have it on a scheduled grow light everyday. Not sure if I should repot or what to do with this guy.

thats a gorgeous plant!! you could check the roots to see if theres any rot or if it needs a repotting. what kind of soil is it in? i think it could just be that the older leaves are dying off and putting energy into the newer leaves. as long as the newer leaves arent yellowing, i think you should be fine :)

Thank you!! Yeah, I haven't checked the roots since transferring it from its nursery pot. So I'll give them a check sometime this week. I think if any of the newer leaves start to yellow out then I'll re-pot just to be safe.

Do you find you’re having to water more frequently?
