Can you take the bottom piece off the pot and let it drain out properly and dry out a bit?

1 gillaDo you use the self watering pot? In my experience, those have killed my plants cuz the soil will be damp at all time. I still use those pots, I just take the ‘self watering’ bottom part off and bottom/top water from there, placing the bottom part back on once all the excess water drains out

1 gillaMonsteras are prone to root rot so I'm going to venture to say you may be over watering or it isn't doing well in a self watering pot. Might be worth taking a look at the roots to see if any rot has started. Also a good opportunity to amend the soil if needed. Meaning adding things that will allow the roots to breathe a little more like perlite, bark, charcoal chunks. I have found Monsteras do better in chunky soil that drains very well and doesn't stay damp for too long. Good luck!!
