Okay, guys I’m officially stumped! All of my pothos are sad. I’m finding new growth that’s warped and curled with brown spots, and my largest has odd brown spots of what appears to be dirt but is definitely not dirt. The watering schedule hasn’t changed and I can’t find any new pests ( there’s just a residual fungus gnat colony which I’m not concerned about) they have had spider mites in the past, but I did treat them for two months and found no issues. Do your guys have any ideas? It’s really frustrating! Thanks in advance💚

How frustrating. My two guesses would be over watering and pests, but you’ve ruled them out. Aye! I might go ahead and give them a rinse down like they have pests. Following to see if anyone else has ideas. Is it possible they are getting too dry in between waterings?

That is a possibility, I was on vacation for two months and my dad was caring for them. We joke he has a black thumb! I can spend a little extra time making sure they’re hydrated. I just got back from my trip a few days ago so they might still be unhappy from that. Thanks! 😊

Are you making sure the soil is fully dry before watering? One of the things that makes pothos so easy is they can go a long time without water, and they can get root rot when watered too often. I only water mine when they’re bone dry.

I don’t think root rot is a problem, I water them only when there bone dry. Thanks 😊

Now that I’m looking closer, a lot of it actually just looks like mechanical damage. I’d just keep an eye on it and not worry unless it gets worse
