I just got a Pepperomia pepperface but I noticed one of its leaves are sort of curving… Is this curving due to the lack of light? or lack of humidity? (or anything else) I live in a mild/cold, dry climate with low-medium direct sunlight (right now the plant is getting its light from the reflection of light off another building next to its window).

I would guess humidity, given that peperomia are quite low-light tolerant plants. I would avoid misting this one and try adding a room humidifier to the space to see if it improves the leaves curling. They can be affected by lack of light or any possible drafts, so if you want to rule those out as well, a grow light might help, and check if the windowsill is drafty

This could be caused by poor watering or lack of light. They thrive in bright light. Also your plant is variegated which causes it to want more light. Peperomias are semi succulent. They do best if soil is allowed to dry out. The irony is they enjoy humidity. Now the one other possible problem could be ring spot disease. Probably should look it up. But that is low chance. I would say review your watering habits and think about the light situation.

ohh the app says I don’t have enough light but I wasn’t sure if it was correct - thank you for confirming that! I just bought a grow light + made a humidity box (bowl of water and a big plastic box) so fingers crossed
