Just found these little clear bugs on my aloe plant that I just repotted in new soil about a week ago. They are crawling all over the soil and pot and I noticed a fungus gnat fly away when I picked it up.. what are these things??? Should I do a neem oil drench??

Going by these images looks like fungus gnats. Neem oil won’t do anything, but you have options. Mosquito bits, drops, hydrogen peroxide + water, sticky traps etc. If they’re not gnats then I’d recommend isopropyl alcohol, water, and dish soap.
