Help! I was watering my plants today and I noticed this about my cactus? I just watered it for the first time in a month like 2 days ago. What could be wrong? Also it doesn’t have drainage holes so I’m thinking it’s that? But it’s been in the same pot for a while so maybe I need to repot it? Idk help plsss

    Cacti and succulents love well drained soil, if you don't have any, you could always add sand or gravel. If you water them too much or too little, they often will have soft/mushy leaves. Also, if you water them too much, the roots will be a soggy brown, and fall apart. I find it easy to water my succulents and cacti by bottom soaking, but they would need holes in the bottom, when the plant is watered enough, the top of the soil should be wet/damp (15-30 min).
