    I’ve never had this plant specifically so I can’t comment with certainty, but I have seen my philodendron get those types of spots when it got too close to the grow light and got burned. Is this plant under direct sunlight?

      it’s not under a grow light, and i don’t think it gets hardly any direct sunlight
