These dangling white dots are lacewing eggs. Lacewings are beneficial insects and not pests. Their tiny alligator shaped larvae have pincers that catch aphids, scales, mealybugs and other destructive insects. I’m hoping these hatch before I have to bring my Hoya Waymaniae and other plants inside for winter. 🪴🍀

      I would normally eradicate all bug eggs on my plants. Luckily, I verified these were lacewing eggs.

    Depending on where you live, you'll probably be fine to wait. I'm seeing mixed estimates due to different species, but the eggs can hatch in 3-14 days, with 5-7 being average

      I think it will stay warm enough to keep it outside about 2-3 weeks. It’s was 89° F today with low of 67° F tonite. Thank for the info. 🪴🍀
