Help needed! Noticed a “blister” on my aloe. There is one larger section on left leaf and a small dot on the right leaf. My routine and location have not changed except I put some Systemic granules in the soil ~2 weeks ago (I do this every so often) and spilled a few grains on one of the leaves, I believe it was the left one. I brushed them off but is it possible it created micro-tears in the left and caused irritation? I don’t see signs of mites or bugs otherwise, and have never before. Not sure if anyone has seen this before.

The "blister" on your aloe leaf is likely caused by irritation or micro-tears from the systemic granules that spilled on the leaf. Even after brushing them off, some residue or physical damage could have occurred, leading to this localized reaction. Since you haven't observed any pests or other changes, this is the most probable explanation.
