This beauty, Medusa, is gnat infested! And they are everywhere in my office 🫤I’ve read that diluted hydrogen peroxide could do the trick on the soil and leaves but not flowers? Before I try wondering about alternative solutions and/or others’ experiences.

Use Mosquito Bits in water every time you water all the plants. It kills the larvae in the soil with a natural bacteria. Fungus gnats live off decay (root rot) and fungus. Excess water promotes root rot and fungal growth. Let the soil dry between watering.

Or just use 2 tsp of dawn dish soap in 1 pint of water. It kills off most pests and is easy to make!

As touché as this sounds I use essential oils! Lemon verbena, lemon grass, and lavender. The potting soil I get also has it in it and I haven’t seen a single one! Hope it helps!

As a double tactic- You can also make a trap with acv to catch the gnats in the office. Just google it. Good luck!
