Can someone please tell me what this white fluffy stuff is on my cactus

    Could be a really bad mealybug infestation but Im not entirely sure. How long has it been like this?

      I’m not entirely sure I kinda forgot about it and then came back to check on it and those were there.

      Ok, it could either be mealies or scales. Either way, it definitely looks like some sort of infestation. Try getting a q-tip and rubbing alcohol (70%) and rub/scrape off what you can. Then I would spray your cactus down with insecticidal soap (there are homemade remedies as well) and see how that goes. It’ll definitely be a weeks-long treatment as you may need to do those two steps over and over again, but that’s what I would do.
