How do you guys keep the pesky gnats away?!?! **picture of my queen for fun! 🤩

    Keep the top of your soil dry. Fungus gnats breed in the top inch or so of soil especially when it is kept too moist.

    You can also stick in a sticky trap to catch the adults. This will minimize egg laying. Mosquito dunks or another treatment for mosquitoes or a systemic insecticide will kill the larvae in the soil.

    I just tried watering with a 4/1 water and hydrogen peroxide ratio 4 days ago and today the plants look like there are 95% less gnats. I also only do regular watering from the bottom

    I swear by Mosquito Bits and hydrogen peroxide waterings (1 part hydro to 5 parts water)

    Mosquito bits worked perfectly for me! I soaked them in water for 30 mins like it says before any watering and used that water (can also use with fertilizer) for 1.5-2 months and they were gone. Don’t need to add anything else to the soil. I did have some sticky traps though
