     Probably needs a repot. The soil is probably pretty exhausted after 13 years. Beautiful plant!

   It looks nice. Just take off the bottom yellow ones, that is normal. The ones on the top that are yellowing is probably to much water.. Do you have it in a very bright indirect light?
