Help! Wtf are these on my rose bush, they only exist on that one part that I showed in the second photo(btw these r outside)

    They look like sawfly larvae, I’d spray the bush with neem oil or insecticidal soap at night (so that it doesn’t get hit by sun before it dries on the leaves which would cause sunburn)

      No it’s like dead spots, I did spray the plant down with vinegar just now tho

    Btw - I heard that roses HATE water on their leaves and flowers so only water the roots. I think you did the right thing by spraying it with a vinegar/water mix.

    Also if any one knows the cause, some of its leaves are yellowing, not browning? Can anyone tell me why?
