What are these white things? My plant looks overall healthy I just got these clear plastic pots so I’m not sure if this is a normal thing and I just never noticed??

fungi in soil generally are a sign of good soil ☺️ they’re helping break down organic matter. they have a symbiotic relationship usually with their host. fungi on leaves on the other hand are no bueno edit: wanted to add that not all soil fungi are beneficial - root rot for example is also a fungus but it can spread and cause more rot, but many of the mushroomy guys are good
