This my raised lettuce bed. These tiny white dots are against the wall in 3 places. Any ideas?

    It looks like a buttload of mealy bugs but those typically only live on the branches and leaves of plants. The photo isn’t really clear or close enough. It could also be a fungal growth or some kind of bug/animal waste?

      This is how they lay eggs. Only way to know for sure is to disturb one of the corners.
