Was bottom watering my calathea yesterday and found worms in the water… I know they aren’t necessarily bad. I let the plant soak for a while and drew out quite a few of the worms. Has anyone dealt with this? Any tips?

Depends on what kinda worms! Do you know if they were earth worms or No? I Have had earth worms in my plants Before from green houses and I left them in with no problems

If its not effecting your plants Then you could leave them but i have just switched the soil out and cleaned the roots off with just water and they Where all gone

You could totally leave them! they womt harm Your Plants but if That grosses you out (Understandable) then You can do a repot (fresh soil only unless it needs a Upgrade)
0 Me gustaI’d go ahead and do a good repot, worms aren’t necessarily bad
