Meet Gigi and Bello 🌿🌱 These two have been giving me a bit of a challenge lately. I tried moving one to a shadier spot and left the other in brighter light to see if light was the issue, but both still have the same symptoms. I’ve tried a few different care tweaks (watering, soil, location), but nothing seems to be working. Any advice or ideas would be much appreciated-I’m all ears!

Hey!! I’m gonna list it so I don’t forget anything - not being rude I just stink at putting everything in the same “paragraph” 😂 1- I’d repot. Chunky chunky soil (succulent soil/perlite/orchid bark 60%/20%/20%) with drainage holes. Obviously I can’t see the root ball but when repotting might need to adjust the pot size (2 inches larger then the root ball on all sides) 2- check the roots. Anything that looks unhealthy cut with clean shears (spray the shears with water and isopropyl alcohol (98% water 2% alcohol) and wipe them clean. 3- spray the roots with water and hydrogen peroxide (98% water 2% peroxide) let that sit on there for a little bit so it don’t go into the soil soaked (I like to go get my potting mix ready while I wait for it to dry a tad bit) 4- cut off those leaves or any piece that is turning that dark brown. Clean the shears again before you do this so if there was root rot it don’t transfer to the leaves ;) 5- spray the entirety of Gigi and Bello with water and neem oil (you guessed it haha 98% water 2% neem oil) this will help get rid of pests if there are any. I recommend doing this one a week for about a month - month and a half 6- put those babies in some bright light and let them sit for a day (maybe two up to you) and then water them fully (this helps the peroxide be on the roots for a little longer to help with any potential root rot) I LOVE using prop drops when I water all my plants and really recommend it. Just two drops per gallon of water. I’d get it at a Lowe’s and not Amazon since it’s much cheaper at Lowe’s. 7- Paige tailyn on TikTok covers a lot of these things I just said. She’s great and has amazing info videos Love their names!!! Absolutely adorable!!! 🥰 good luck love and hope this helps! 😊
