    It looks like a massive spider mite infection based on the stocking like webbing. It also has watering issues based on the black on the leaves. I would wear gloves, then, tie it on a bag. Dispose of it because the entire plant is bombarded both inside and out. If it is has sentimental value and you still want to try saving it, then, cut off all the vines leaving about 3 inches. Cut off all the damaged leaves. Use insecticidal soap or neem oil every week until they are all gone. Check for root rot and remove all the rot. Replace all the soil. Rinse the roots with hydrogen peroxide.

    I would initially throw it in the shower to blast off as much webbing and insects as possible before treating it! Much easier than wiping individual leaves down
