Split Leaf Philodend

My split leaf philodendron gets this yellowing on leaves. Itā€™s under a grow light for 12 hours. Donā€™t know if that is 2 much? I water when dry, started using general house plant fertilizer. Any thoughts?

    Might be a pest. I see a bunch of white specks on one leaf. Iā€™d closely examine for them.

      Thanks but I wipe it down with need oil and inspected yesterday, didnā€™t find any pests
