Can anyone tell me what this yellow stuff on my Hoya is? It is on the stems that shoot out and also on the under part of some of the leaves? It’s moving!

Wash them off with a good blast of water and keep washing your plant for a few weeks to catch hatching pests. They are easy to get rid of but it takes a few weeks

BTW aphids seem to like new growth so if you fertilize too much it seems to attract them. I find them on new flower tips and young leaves. If it’s only a few aphids, I’ll dip a cotton swab or tissue in a little bowl of soapy water and wipe them off. Keep monitoring your plants for a few weeks and keep wiping them off.
