   Did it jump or move slow? I don’t think they are mealy bugs but hard to tell. Mealy bugs are slow and turn brown or orange when you use a q-tip drenched in isopropyl alcohol. I’ve had my share of mealys and im over it lol. Other than that I’m not sure.

     Didn’t jump, sort of just crawled along the bottom of the leaf

   Looks a little small but my first thought was white flies. It’s hard to tell
