Little worm looking bugs all over my monstera leaves, is this concerning? This is definitely one of the worse leaves, some of them don’t seem to have any

They look like thrips to me. Those little jerks are tough to get rid of because they lay eggs in plant tissue. Systemic pesticides are super effective against thrips if they’re available where you live! I use Bonide systemic granules. If you can’t get systemics start by showering your plant off to remove as many as possible, then apply insecticidal soap or pesticide spray. You’ll have to treat the plant multiple times to make sure you’ve killed all of them. I’m sorry 😢❤️

Awesome! It should work pretty quickly, and keep them from coming back (:

Oh also isolate that plant so the thrips spread to your other ones!

Wash hands and tools often to prevent spreading the bugs.

It’s also wise to cut off any badly affected leaves. Thrips are a nightmare to get rid of, in part because they lay eggs within the leaf/stems which non-systemic pesticides or insecticidal soaps can’t get to. Then they hatch when the plant is relatively safe again, and the cycle repeats. Cutting off badly affected leaves minimises the chance of that happening. I sympathise though, as someone who has been battling thrips for the past few months :/
