What does the black part on the top of the leaf mean? It’s not crispy. I’m hoping it’s not overwatering but don’t feel it is. I let her go a little longer in the winter, but maybe it’s under watering? Do any pests cause the leaf to turn black?

I have had the same thing! I propagated some of it (slow to root) and am just going to repot with a lot more substrate and add back to the one remaining leaf in the original pot.
